Tenant / Restaurant Owner
Deleting as a restaurant owner permanently purges the entire restaurant venue with all staff data across the whole platform.
Staff Member
Staff members can delete only their own account. The restaurant and other team members remain completely intact.
Platform Administrator
Authorized platform administrators can also initiate or execute account deletion for tenants or staff members upon verified compliance requests.
Data Retention Policy: We Store ONLY Your Email ID
When you delete your account, all operational records, personal details, order receipts, table configurations, and credentials are permanently purged from all servers and caches. We retain only your email ID in a suppression blocklist to prevent unauthorized re-registration until unblocked by the platform owner.

To safeguard your restaurant operations, sensitive guest orders, and staff records from unauthorized tampering, account deletion cannot be executed anonymously. You must log in to your verified account via the Web Dashboard or Mobile App and confirm with your account password.

Follow these exact steps inside your authenticated Oylaa dashboard:
Open Profile Settings
Click your profile avatar in the navigation bar or go directly to /dashboard/profile.
Scroll to Danger Zone
Locate Organization Danger Zone (for Owners) or Account Danger Zone (for Staff) and click the delete button.
Confirm with Password
Enter your account password in the confirmation modal to authenticate the permanent purge.

Organization Danger Zone
Permanent deletion of organization, properties, and all data
Delete Organization & Properties
Permanently delete your entire organization (Your Restaurant), all hotel properties, rooms, reservations, staff accounts, and subscription data. This action is immediate and cannot be undone.
Re-Signup & Email Unblocking
If you deleted your account and need to sign up again in the future, your email will be in our suppression registry. You must contact the platform owner to unblock your email ID.
